KKCFSS is collaborating with on-reserve communities to develop a Grandparents Group. KKCFSS facilitates initial gatherings of grandparents to determine what programming their community needs. KKCFSS then supports the proposed activities spearheaded by the Grandparents Group. Grandparents are doing so much of the parenting and support within their families, it’s important that Grandparents are in turn supported and have the resources they need.
