The Indigenous Family Enhancement Program is intended for Indigenous children, youth, and families living in Cranbrook and surrounding areas. The programming we provide is individual, family, and community-centred, and completely voluntary.
Indigenous Family Enhancement provides the following programs:
- Child, Youth and Family Enhancement Services
- Group Programming
- Youth Justice Support
- Cultural Activities
We prioritize maintaining and promoting Indigenous children and youth’s relationships with Family, Community and Territory while valuing and promoting culture, community, language and territory. This is accomplished through the delivery of numerous community-based and culturally rooted programs which are informed by the individuals we are privileged to serve.
Family enhancement services are on a voluntary basis to support children, youth and families health, well-being, and cultural continuity, as well as their connections to their families and communities.
